DE3FBX, this is going to be a very unpopular answer I'm sure, but I would strongly terminate the pregnancy. I've seen a great many disabled children supposedly looked after by parents end up in foster systems. I don't think it's a good idea. Everybody thinks it's nice that mom and dad are going to look after this child, but mom and dad pass at some point. For me I would definitely strongly push the idea of terminating the pregnancy.
