Yeah, because there are a lot of older people here too that sold. Most people that live here left Montreal because the place just turned into a complete dump. They moved out of Montreal because they still have to live close enough to work so they moved into these condominiums. They keep them up pretty much. Although they are still brand new, these units are like 12 years old now. So they are still being kept up. That could change. It is so hard keeping up places like this because we had to spend $20,000. No, $18,000 just to have the balconies repainted and the hallway to the entrance. That is a lot of money. Then you have the roof and you have other things. It is tough. Even in the condo you have all these bills coming in. Then you have the bug problem. I don't know if you have that out in Toronto, but man, you see more bed mattresses stacked out on garbage day than anything else. It is hard. It is hard here. Things aren't that easy.
