What's that place, the city above Toronto, Vaughan? Where... It's like... I don't know, it's like garbage everywhere. No one's looking after anything. Even the ways you got to go into those houses, it's not even normal. It's like... You got to like climb down a fire exit to find those houses. It's not even normal. So, yeah. You don't want your neighborhoods looking like that and... I... I want to know about a black neighborhood. I've lived in quite a few of them. So, yeah. If they don't take care of it...
