Well, here's the thing. There's only three of us out of eight families here. Only three of us actually own the condos. The other families, they rent. And if they rent, they can't do anything because if they got hurt, they could really sue you. So you can't let them do anything. I was already told that. That was complaining because you've got all these young kids here and stuff. Nobody's doing anything. Nobody's shoveling snow or anything. But the thing is if they get hurt, they want it or something, they'll go right after the condo association for money and stuff. So it's better off just to have everything done. Do it ourselves. We had a good guy here that did everything, but he's dead now. He died like two winters ago. He was the guy that was out there working all the time.
