I don't know, most of the people here are black. Basically now I guess you would call this a black neighborhood, but it's beautiful here. I mean all the houses are, condos are still in good shape. They're probably owned by other people, but you know, they rent them. But it's kept clean. I mean if I see garbage out there or something, I'll pick it up. I walked out in the dog park and there's more poop out there and somebody left, I'll just put it in the bag, you know. Better put it in the bag, just stepping on it and take it home with you. This is repeatable. Yeah, that means people have pride in their places and keeping up appearances. That's good. The whole idea is when they don't, right, and it does happen. Like when just, I don't know, a bunch of old ladies or a bunch of teenagers say, I don't care, I'm just going to throw my pizza boxes all over everywhere, all over the place, it don't matter. That's bad. But yeah, when you have some pride and you care about keeping your place, that's good. Okay, then that sounds like the people you're telling me about.
