Well, I must say winter storm warning. That is winter storm warning. Absolutely it is winter storm warning. A winter storm warning might not seem as threatening as a blizzard warning, but the weather conditions associated with them can be almost as bad. The only exception is lower sustained winds, which will not reduce visibility to a dangerous level in this situation. So that is the line between blizzard and winter storm is the wind. Good job sir.
