Okay, so yeah, I don't do a lot of the melatonin gummies anymore, and I don't keep them in the truck just because I don't want to, something happens, I don't want them going through my truck and saying, oh, you were taking melatonin. You're going to lose your lasers now. So try to stay away from some of that stuff. But the first week when I have a new student, every night we're stopping for ten hours, I usually will take that other powder, one of the other powders that I have. All right, with that, I'll pass it back to VA3KKY from N9OVU. It's good to be alerted. You have to wake up to go to the washroom because when you're not, that's when there's a problem, you know, you let yourself go. And it's funny the way our bodies alert us. With me, it happens in many ways. I'll usually feel that I need to go when I'm dreaming, right? And you get the classic things that happen. Mom used to talk about this, where you dream you're, you know, you could be at a restaurant and you're about to go into the public washroom or you're in the mall and you're about to go into the washroom. And there's a long ass line up and you can't get in. Or when you get in, you know, the toilet or something, the door is broken and you can't bust in. Or when you do, the toilet won't work or you go but nothing's coming out and everyone's rushing you to get out of the washroom. You do just to appease everybody but you still haven't really nothing. And then finally you wake up and it's like, oh, yeah, yeah, that's what that's about, huh? So that used to happen to my mom tons and then it happens to me a lot. Other times you're just dreaming and you're reminded that I've got to go, I've got to go, I've got to go. So that's something that happens a lot. And yeah, what do you do? You go and you get up, you use the washroom and then me, I take a big sip of water and then go back to sleep. Other times I'll have a cigarette and then go back to sleep. There's times I kind of feel like that too. I think that's a ritual my dad, because he can't smoke anymore, orders from the doctors, but I think that that's a ritual he kind of missed was he used to kind of like, you know, getting up in the middle of the night, using the facilities and then pouring a little bit of water and then having a cigarette and then just trying to get back to sleep after work. So that's kind of my move, kind of, because it's not even consistent. If I'm just straight groggy, then I can usually get right back to bed, no problem. But other times if I feel a little fidgety, like I already have the phone out, which is a bad thing to do in the middle of sleep, but I'll have the phone out and I'm doodling around and I'll feel like, okay, maybe I'll have a cigarette. That might sound pretty weird. All right, 934. So tell you what I'm going to do.
