Alright, I'm here. I came out of the shower and I was walking to the store and spotted some fueling gloves. So I wanted to try them on. The gloves that they use, or they have for with the rubber on the outside lately, have been cheap and not very well made. So I've been avoiding buying a new pair because I want to make sure I, gloves is one thing that really bugs the heck out of me. I've got to have a pair that fits me good. And it's not so easy. But over to the melatonin question. I have taken some melatonin in the past. I try to avoid doing it because of my sleep schedule. Because I, you know, I'll sleep for two, three hours, four hours maybe if I get lucky and then I'm up. And then I go back to sleep and I'm up. And being a truck driver, I got to really be careful about what I take and when I take it. Otherwise bad things could happen. But I do take, when I'm home, a drink called Bean's Dream. And it has melatonin in it as well as racy and magnesium and some other things. It's supposed to help you with that sleep without the supposed melatonin hangover the next day. Because I guess some people experience melatonin hangover the next day. Just like I said. But, you know, so I do the Bean's Dream. I've tried a couple other ones too. And I don't really take it to go to sleep because I usually don't have a problem going to sleep. But, you know, I try to take it to help me sleep the night through. Partially, you know, getting older. And so I'd be waking up, you know, two or three times a night to go relieve myself. But what really helped there is I'm taking this, what's it called? Like a prostate vitamins or minerals or whatever. And that's really done a lot for that. So I'm only, you know, getting up usually once a night to go to the restroom. But, whoops, got time out here. Sorry.
