OK, well let me see. We had a good round, couple of rounds with that question. And that's great that we got the... Hold on. OK, I'll do that next week. I'll do that now. I just made that up now, just because we were talking about it. I said OK, I'll put it down as a question. I'm not doing that now, I just talked about it. Yeah, I do that too, no problem. Daily voted. So, let me ask, and then I'll leave another space for a second. We should see when we get more names. We were talking about sleep and our sleeping mode. There's another question that happens to be right in here about it. Have you ever used melatonin gummins to get to sleep? Were they helpful? Melatonin gummies. Have you ever used any of those to try to get to sleep and were they helpful? They're always debating here in Canada about how much to really give people, right? Like, they break it down to the milligrams, the milligrams, they break it down to the milligrams, the five and the ten milligrams, and the point something milligrams, right? Less than one milligram situations. They talk about ways of eating them. You know, some people eat them whole, others will cut them to pieces, cut them to ribbons, and eat them accumulatively. Anyone have any comments about that? If you're using that stuff, if you're giving them to your pets. There was an issue in the news, you might have heard about this, a couple of schools did this in the tri-state, where, I don't know how they were pulling it off, but, uh, let me try to, I'm trying to think of the racket here, because I'm trying to honestly remember. They were giving these kids pretty little patches with flowers and things, they would put them on their stomach and legs, and they told them, we're giving you little, pretty little patches, and what it was, it was some kind of like melatonin patch or something, where they were putting these little figures to sleep, or trying to get them to take their afternoon nap, and parents had a lot of issues about that, because you can't just be drugging our kids. Apparently these teachers in those areas were giving the little kids these patches, and presenting them to a way like, hey, would you like some pretty little flowers and some nice drawings on your legs and stomach? Here, tape this onto you, here, here, stand still, let me just tape this onto your arm, and you'll really like this. And they weren't telling them what they were getting. What they were hoping was they would fall asleep and take their afternoon nap. When do I get my afternoon nap? That's all I want to know. They're protesting not to have it, them little F's. But, let me have my siesta, damn. Okay, yeah, so. I definitely did that. I'm following on the other phone, so I saw that, okay. Alright, so yeah, put their little figures to sleep. So, have you ever used melatonin gummies, and how do they work out for you? And, you don't have to answer, because probably not everyone has. So in that case, talk about anything you'd like. A lot of these topics, they're just little suggestions, they're not mandatory, so you're not compelled to answer, it's just icing for the cake.
