WA6ABC returning. Yeah my Echo Link totally crapped out on me. I couldn't hear anybody. Nothing was working. I had to reboot the phone. And even then I had to reconnect to Echo Link like three times before I could actually even use the Echo Test. So hopefully my audio is coming out alright. I couldn't hear any view is the problem. So yeah I'm back. Just at my computer looking at real estate listings. It's very strange to be shopping for homes via internet. I don't even know what would happen before the internet. You have to go fly out to wherever you wanted to get homes. You really need to do that anyway. Because how many video tours can you really take without actually flying out and seeing something. But it's a heck of a lot to go. It's a heck of a lot easier to go through listings on the net. Realtor.com. Not an ad for Realtor.com but that seems to be the one that I like the best for scrolling through new listings. Right now I'm looking at. Where am I looking at? I am looking at Cortland New York. Cortland New York looks pretty good. There's a Cortland University or some campus right there. And the kids pay all kinds of money to rent. So I'm going to buy something with a rental attached. So they call it owner occupied. So I'm going to do owner occupied and rent to the college kids and then buy a set of ear plugs because I'm sure it's going to be loud at night but that's okay. You can make some real money renting there as opposed to some of the other rentals I'm looking at. So that's it. I'm looking at listings. Glad to be back on the net. No, this net sounds good actually. People are taking more time to speak and learned a lot about DJing that I never knew. No, I'm one of those people. I don't have any idea about DJing or anything like that. I used to host nightclub shows but I always had a DJ do that stuff. I never knew how to do any of that. I'm just a host. Anyway, back to net from WA6ABC. I don't know how many more rounds we have but back to net from WA6ABC. Actually, thanks for saying that because I browsed the time and wow, we're advancing pretty good in it. So I definitely won't walk away now anytime soon. It's 842 so if it comes to it, I mean I could put the rapsations early but it won't be no cause I'm telling you, I was saying like on a few of these Sundays, if I come in here bombing, I'm leaving. It's just how it is and I think I can say that here because this is a well established place. If it was anywhere else where they kind of stuck, then I could have a little mercy on them but you guys, you have no excuse. I can officially tell y'all that if you're not there when I call it, you're whack. Straight up. Wiggity whack like a dossapex. Alright, so I'm telling you. Real talk. Oh and earlier about sleeping with headphones, they hurt my ears. It'll happen by an accident sometimes but to actually do that on purpose, like the ones I've got with those stupid rubbery guards on it, I wish they would take those off but anyways, not my kind of style. I have to have audio when I sleep but because I'm in my room myself, I can room by myself, I'll often just have the phone playing in my hip pocket and then I can hear it and I just fall asleep to that. It'll be playing some kind of podcast or something and I fall asleep to that. But this is a little different because I'm just saying like somebody needs to cover up noise, right? So that's kind of on a different chip. Crazy. Alright, anyone else? So Michael, I put you back on your regular spot, your first on the list.
