Thank you, Josh. And I thought he was saying, oh, gosh, Bill. But I guess it was Josh and Bill. So got to get my hearing aids checked again. My wife keeps telling me I need hearing aids. And I just told her, no, it's not a hearing aid problem. It's a selective hearing. And sometimes I just decide, well, I mean, I'm at home. I hear things, but conversation sometimes is, it seems like the conversation is in the background or there's other stuff that's in the foreground that makes it hard to hear the, or understand the conversation that's going on, like on TV shows and movies and things. So my wife keeps saying, you should get your hearing aids checked again. All right. So we'll see. Yeah, I'm about 6'1", 6'1". I'm shrinking a little bit. And about 223 right now. So not skinny, not fat, not skinny. I'm me. But all those BMI charts say that I should be about 180, 175. Like, yeah, back in high school. So working on it, trying to get down, at least a 200. So you're my inspiration, Josh. Yeah, I've tried a bunch of different things for sleeping. Now, I sleep on my stomach with a pillow wedged underneath me. So I'm slightly lifted, either on my right side or my left side, depending which way I go, and I'll flip back and forth sometimes when I'm having a hard time getting to sleep. I start off on my right side, switch over my left, go back to my right until I finally fall asleep. But I can't sleep on my back. I sleep on my back. I end up stop reading and stuff. So I don't do it unless I fall asleep in a chair or something, like one of those zero-gravity chairs. But I've tried a bunch of devices, I guess you can call it. There was this one, this neck brace, that's supposed to hold your chin up and to help with your airways. Whoops, my ground went.
