Good morning everybody. Happy holiday weekend. Hope you're having a good one so far. I'm busy working on moving so I'm looking at real estate listings and now just making some breakfast and some hot coffee sounds good right about now. I've got some oatmeal and nuts and raisins and I'm going to cook up an egg. I put an egg on top of the oatmeal. I don't have a good reason except that. Well apparently if you're diabetic and you put some protein in with the oatmeal it makes the absorption much better. And an egg tastes pretty good on top of sweet oatmeal for God knows what reason. So I'm doing that right now. Got to feed the cats in a little bit and feeling good. I didn't know I could make classic oatmeal in a microwave. It can do that in about three minutes or so. I was using a rice cooker it would take me an hour to make oatmeal whereas now three or four minutes and you've got the same basically the same thing. So all good. I said hope everybody has a safe holiday weekend. First round for the drop in here. The cowabunga net. Thanks very much for taking it. Appreciate it. And I'll send it back to that and start my breakfast from WA6ABC. I put an egg in mine and I also eat other things with it. Yeah otherwise you'll get the trots. So a lot of times I'll have some cookies sometimes muffins. I actually that's funny I actually bought a few things that I kind of call my nickname for it is oatmeal food. You've heard of coffee food and coffee cakes and tea treats and tea desserts. Well there is oatmeal food. I don't know who the hell taught me to put an egg in it though. Like a boiled egg and you put it right in the center of it. Like I think my dad did that for years and I copycatted him but I learned that from somebody at the blind school as well and I use instant oatmeal. I'm not going to take hours cooking it. I use instant oatmeal. Just a little swish swish swish of the milk and the little you know feels to make sure you know you feel the quality of it because I hate lumpy oatmeal. Yep I'm not Digital Underground. I love my oatmeal lumpy. I'm not that guy. Can't stand it. I don't want it like watered out either. I'm not drinking it but I don't like it lumpy either. If it's got to be lumpy it might be because I might you know slice in some apples or something in it but I almost never do that. I will sometimes buy like the flavored and the you know the apple oatmeal or whatever. I sometimes buy that but more times than ever no. I got to kind of feel it out so it's perfect. And then yeah the egg in the center of it and then munch down some cookies maybe some muffins. It's always something like that or a piece of bread or maybe make like you know one sandwich. But yeah you always need something to just kind of compliment it or for sure you're going to feel it. You don't feel it. You don't feel the trust. It's got to come out of you. So there you go. I thought I was the only one that did the egg thing but you got to know somebody taught me. Ok so thanks a lot. We'll get back to you. We'll see you next station. Really though. Seriously though for real. Steve. Over to you Steve.
