I'm in a condominium next to the world famous Iwo Jima Marine Corps Memorial Fort Meyer Arlington Cemetery. And the view is tremendous. Well, glad to be here this morning. And I got to say quickly, I spent time in your part of the country at Fort Lewis as a soldier many, many years ago serving the country. And I love the Pacific Northwest.
