Good morning, Theresa. I understand that Tina's out getting ready for the garage sale. That's what I'm going to have to not do a garage sale, but I'm going to get on the bicycle and go ride around the neighborhood and see if there's any garage sales that I need to look at, see if there's anybody else's junk that I need to buy and bring home and add to my junk high-high. No, sometimes you can find some really cool things about garage sales. And it's fun. I like talking to the people, hearing their stories. Where are they going? Are they moving? Are they just downsizing, etc., etc.? Let's see. For the last 45 to 50 years, I have been living a lie. And so I'm coming out here publicly on the net. I would never, the lie here is I was never, ever able to climb the rope, the 30-foot rope in gym class back in baseball. I'm kind of not afraid to announce that now, but I had to get it off my chest. Hopefully, it'll be better at night now. Let's see. Sally's got to spend the weekend with her sister and my sister-in-law out in Shelton. And so I'm here taking care of the puppy and the 13-year-old puppy. And she is almost like a baby. Oh, my gosh. She's demanding. But nonetheless, good to hear Dean there. Can't believe it's already 10 o'clock in the morning and I'm sitting in my second cup of coffee. Drip coffee is good enough for me, but I do put through the drip thing twice. I've got to get all the essence of the, what do you call that stuff, the caffeine out of the ground as I can. He just does an ALM back to Theresa. Happy Saturday, everyone.
