Hey Mike, great to hear you this morning and congratulations on the weight loss. I know from my own experience how hard that can be and what, you know, the effort that it takes to do it. I think I'm kind of like you. I've had a little bit of success as well. I'm down I think 18 pounds since I started this last effort to lose some weight and I'm just going to keep on working at it. You know the thing I kind of like the thing that resonated with me was trying to focus on eating protein. That makes sense. Which is an interesting challenge. Anyway, it's an interesting challenge. I'll just say that. I've been giving a lot more thought to eating more plant-based stuff and not as much of the meat. So that's an interesting challenge.
