Good morning there, Art and everybody. And yeah, I'm good. Enjoy your camp trip. And it doesn't seem possible. We're almost in the beginning of the month, gosh, this year. Ensemble has been fast, as always. And sorry to hear all the pain that Bill has got there. But it seems like more of our hand-prepping here is having foot and ankle problems and pain, for sure. Learning to load better. Always good to hear Terry Eyre from Scotland. And yeah, it's beautiful out here. I'm sitting with my back to the sun and it feels good. It's 74, 75, I guess. Beautiful flat, sunny, warm, peaceful. Just really enjoyable and looking forward to having our friend out here and we'll have a good visit. Rosie will be here too. And we'll all enjoy our black and white today, for sure. And so anyway, the thing that's exciting going on is the walls are in an old-age building.
