Well, that's not necessarily true. Think about it for a second Peter. You die, you get cremated or you're buried or whatever, but you break down. And you can't destroy energy, it just transforms into different things. So basically you're going to be down to atoms again at one time, right? You're going to see the pool roof, and you're going to wind up in the soil, in the ocean, in the rock. I mean, you will exist in an atomic form forever. You won't have any consciousness, but you will exist, your atoms will exist. So one day, a goat could take a poo, and that poo could consist partly of you.
