Well, I know that it used to be a lot of racism for Middle East Indians in Canada. Nobody liked them. At least that's what my parents, that's what I got from my parents. But I had a friend who was Middle East Indian and his mother, poor, she could cook up the best bread in the world. That was a benefit to say the least. But I never really knew where the animosity came from other than maybe they were just immigrants and they didn't like them. The population didn't like them. But I never could figure out what was really going on.
