This is a funny thing. My company issues us cleats for our shoes. It's kind of a rubber cleat that they tell them the size of that and they bring it to you and you slip them over your shoes and then you have this rubber all the way around your shoe but you have metal cleats underneath. So when that happens and we got to walk and make deliveries and stuff like that, we have more traction.
