Yeah Roger that. I was able to get another Friday Saturday days off on this pick and that's kind of some of the premier days off. It's one of the most popular ones so I had enough seniority to acquire that. There wasn't any day shifts left by the time I got to pick and the only other shifts there was was graveyards and I really don't do well in graveyards. So yeah I took the shift I wanted and you know just going to have to deal with it for another six months. I think I would rather go back to days. That five percent extra pay is kind of nice, I'm not going to lie. But yeah I don't get anything done at home and that's the part that really is starting to wear on me. Because I only get two days to do anything I need to do. But yeah that's kind of what graveyard is about. Or not graveyard excuse me but swing shift is all about. But yeah all in all I don't mind it. I like the crew I work with that's the important part. Yeah that is important. I like the people who I work with. I've got a colleague who he spends part of his time working on one job site and doesn't much like the working situation there. And he spends the other part of his day on my work site. He's like wow the culture is totally different here. So you know liking where you are and who you work with makes a huge difference. When I was younger I worked a swing shift most of the time with an occasional graveyard and a number of day shifts. Swing shifts I kind of liked. You know sleep in as little as you want. I'm OK with stand up like 2. At the time I was a teenager so there was no family stuff necessarily to worry about back then.
