Well good evening Rebecca and everyone. Doing fine. It's date night. Yes I know, a date with Polo every day and I love it. He's here on my lap and all relaxed and we're just enjoying each other's company. So that's what we did all day which is nice. Anyway, the crazy intent this evening is straight out of the kitchen. There's a hand powered mixer on the bottom and I don't even know what to call the utensil on top. All I remember is that my step mom used it to scoop cookies up off of the baking sheet and put them on the cooling rack. So I don't know if that's really what it's designed for but whatever. The two objects together, the SWR is pretty good and I checked in on it so that's all that matters. Anyway, had a great day. Made a fabulous carrot salad. Today I make a lot of carrot salad. I just love carrot salad with pineapple. And oh my goodness, one of my favorite things to make. Back to you, Kate, really.
