Well, thanks for that. Yeah, we've been just so busy. I wish I could call you directly to let you know what's going on, but well, I guess we'll have to announce it. Basically, the company decided that they needed to make changes and make some critical changes in way services. Literally, I was impacted, so I basically have lost my job and I'm trying to get the house to a level where in case I have to put it on the market, that's why the big rush and that's why we're trying to get room to room to room. Here we're getting everything done so we can get the actual, you know, out here and take a look and then throw it on the market if we have to. But that's the reason why. So that's why the big rush and that's why we're just hammering it out and now we're going out to get something to eat. Back to you.
