There's a product out there, actually a couple products out there. They need to talk to its pharmacist and see what they recommend. And then get that lovely liquid to put in there. Or spring it up to room temperature. And put it in there. And do that several times. It should help remove the wax. But why am I telling you when I need to be telling Charlie?
