Good evening, Hank and everybody on the net. I got into ham radio. I think it was the first time I seen somebody use a ham radio. The guy I posted was about 13, 14 years ago. It was an emergency preparedness thing, and they had a bunch of, I seen a bunch of the other things when I seen the ham radio. They did a ham radio thing where they got on a net. It was outside, and they said, no, they just showed it. And they got on an HF gear. I remember the big inverted D antenna, and then I seen it, and then I thought, okay, it got a spark in my interest, but I didn't know how to get into it. And about, like, about almost ten years ago, I met somebody at church that was into ham radio. I'm one of those, and I'm just meaning I got used to being to the church early, and I guess they were too, and got me into ham radio. And he kind of humbled me in. I had a study a lot harder to pass the test, but he helped answer a lot of questions. And the first time I tried it, passing the test, the test group said, try taking a class. I wish I did, and I wish I helped quite a bit. And that's how I passed the technician class, and I took the general class after that. And so, like, ten months later, I got the general class. License. So, and then finally I got the HFP air for at least the radios, the slash mortgage, and then trying to figure out how to do the antennas, instead of, you know, so I can do it on the patio. So that's how I got into ham radio. Back over to you, Hank. This is Kilo India 7, India Hotel uniform.
