Okay, 4HM and the crew, W9EAA. Well, way back, 55 years ago, I had a good friend in high school. And he was a ham and exposed me to the hobby. And soon thereafter, I got my novice ticket in Calumet City, Illinois. It's about 25 miles south of Chicago. In those days, you had to have like an advanced or an extra class licensee give you the test. And I passed the five-minute, five-word-per-minute code test and the short knowledge exam. And I received my license. So that was, geez, 55 years ago, like I said. And then shortly thereafter, I upgraded to general. And in those days, I had to go down to the FCC office in the middle of Chicago to take the 13-word-per-minute code test and the knowledge exam. Passed that, and then shortly thereafter, the advanced. And about 10 years later, the extra. So it's been a good road. I've really enjoyed amateur radio. Let me reset. This is repeater station kilo, kilo seven. November, Quebec, November, N.O. So that's my story. And then got into all of the other modes. Was really heavy into DX. Not so much now because of the antenna situation. But I've got like 328 countries worked. 328, 329 or thereabouts. With about nine or ten left to go. But those are few and far between. The next one that I've heard that is coming up is one of the islands in the South Atlantic, Bouffay Island. So I hope to get that when they're on the air in February. That's all I've got Hank. And I'm going to have to bow out. So I will not be around for round two. K4HM, W9EAA.
