I think the worst rainstorm I've ever had the mispleasure of being caught in was in Pennsylvania. And I was on the interstate and all traffic essentially came to a halt. The visibility dropped too low to really even see headlights and taillights out of you. So everyone just threw their four ways on and stopped where they were. Well I'll tell you the people in Pennsylvania are a little better adapted than the people in Dallas. Maybe that's why insurance rates in the Dallas area are very high. But on this particular trip I was driving and it started raining and it was going like 55-60 on the highway. Everyone else was going 55-60. It started this heavy rain. You could not see a hundred feet ahead of you. And I felt I had no choice except to cautiously keep going at pretty high speed because I figured everybody else was. Maybe that was the wrong one.
