right along the highway, applying choice land, right? And we wanna remove our house out there before you can do anything with them. That's gonna take a year. And they agreed to it. So they got their money and they got to keep the house there. And they started to get it ready to go and then moving it out. Then they moved it from lease summit all the way out to Green Valley. They put it on a piece of property out there. Like I said, it's an old house, very small house, it's part of the family for almost 100 years, over 100 years. So they kind of all set up and unfortunately, Donna had passed away. That was, Donna was one of the owners of the house. And there was all of a sudden. And so all those doctors, her husband, Bill and the children and so forth like that, well, Donna said when they, she got out there when they moved to the house.
