Yeah, it's nice to actually be able to check into the net. I've been listening for a while, but the RF side of my All-Star node here has been weak at best, and this last week and a half or so I've been mastering or trying to research and learn more RF stuff. This has always been my weekend. I have no computers, so All-Star and Raspberry Pis and all that stuff was fun to set up, but it's kind of boring because I wasn't able to talk to anyone unless I was at the house and it was still moody. So this week I did a whole bunch of projects. I got a bunch of Pi filters built and Bandpass filters so I can have a bit more selectivity on my RF side here. And then I discovered the magic of saltwater ducting. And I set up a Yagi that aims right here at Oakland Bay, and I can actually get my node from Gig Harbor now, from Shelton to Gig Harbor, which is quite a pass, but it does work. And I've been able to at least hear my node in Gig Harbor, and every once in a while I can get it on the mobile in my car. So maybe here at a future date or so I might be able to check into a new net or something at the shop in Gig Harbor. But it's been a fun adventure, going from knowing computers to learning RF. I mean I've had my license now for I think a little over two years, but I never really did anything exciting until now. And oh man, has it been an adventure. Anyways, that's where my recent adventure has been. This is KK7 and QN, back to the net. Well Hunter, I'm glad you can join us again on the net. Sounds like you had quite a bit of stuff to go through there. I don't, technology terms are not coming to me at the moment. To get back into us, but thanks for persisting through that to get back in to check in. Glad you all can hear us and get back in check in. Yeah, that's the important part, right? You can't talk to anyone. You can't test your equipment if it doesn't work. Yeah, you can't test your equipment if you can't talk to anyone. That's no fun. You take care of Hunter and we'll talk to you again soon. All right, now we're going to go talk to Brian, KE7KZH. How's it going Brian? Hello Megan and the rest of the net. Thanks for doing the net. Yeah, wife and I, tonight we decided to go to an Everett Aquasox game, minor league baseball. And it was fun. Let me just put it that way. Although I think when we left they were losing 5-0. 0-5 I guess. And then we were listening to it on the radio. They did it on the radio on the way home. And their team is 10-0 when we pulled up to the house here, so I haven't seen what the score is. But anyway, it was fun. I'd never been to one of those minor league games. I've been to some of the Tacoma Rainier games in some years past and stuff. And of course some of the Mariner games and stuff. Anyway, just wanted to say hello and all right, that's all I got. I'll send it back to net, KE7KZH.
