And, yeah, it can be very difficult, but fingers crossed, the pain management clinic helps you out. I've certainly had some good experiences with the one that I go to. Here in Scotland today, not too bad at all. It's about 64. It's quite nice, but a little bit actually warm indoors today. Struggling a little bit. I've been working on a lot, working from home again today. And, yeah, got all the windows open, but there's just no enough.
