The event is actually for two meters simplex to try and encourage people to come on and use two meters simplex. So the idea of the host is basically you call out for people, you get a list together, six to ten people and then you pass it round between them so that the people can basically speak to each other so you can see who they can hear and all the rest of it. So it's not about, I'm going to put it, it's not so much hosting as acting as a sort of guide in the background and getting people to talk to each other and seeing who can hear who. Obviously I'm going to a high point so I'll hear everybody but some of the people might not hear each other. The last one I did unfortunately I put a very good one of the DX commanders DX10, 5 10s on the top, same as the X5 10 but a screw together thing. Stuck it on a mast on the back of my Land Rover and that really puts it up about 9 to 10 feet and the trouble was I was hearing stations from too far away and obviously nobody local to me could actually hear them even though I could. I mean I worked roughly 100 miles radius in two meters FM after the message finished. Now unfortunately it's not internet links although I can take a mobile node with me but it's something 27 12 to 3 so unfortunately I can't bring anybody in. I can talk to people you know on the PSOG while I'm on the net but I can't actually bring them into the net itself. I can put you in the log, how does that sound? Radio reserve MLB, back to you Jack.
