K5EWH returning. The worst visibility that I experienced on Monday as we were getting home was maybe 2 or 3,000 feet as far as I could see in front of me. There was nothing and had it gone into one of those black areas, I would have stopped, would have pulled over off the road even though there's no side roads or anything just to get off the highway. I was able to get all the way home. About 30 seconds after getting the car in the garage and the garage door closed, the rain hit. When the rain hit, it was buckets. I've never seen, well no I did see rain once that bad in a typhoon in the far east. But that's what I was seeing here. Later that evening we heard that there were over 2 inches of rain in about 40 minutes. That's a heck of a lot of rain. I've said a lot Rosie. Hopefully I've answered your questions or your interest.
