Well thank you Jim and thank you for being here. And one of these days you might defrost a little bit. Sorry it's so cold but it sounds like that's the theme of today. Everybody is feeling a little cool and that's wonderful. It doesn't usually cool off until September but it's really strange because some of the leaves are already falling.
