Good morning to you there, Robert. My golly. And the whole gang, Rosie and Bud, just everyone. So, we're still sitting out here in the screen porch. Boy, it was 73 when I woke up this morning. So, delightful out here. Beautiful. I'm even sitting in the sun. It's not bothering me. We had another heavy short burst of rain last night. So, we've had two short rains. Nothing like, I think, the rain that Bud got during that Klaubaup storm. I think you said out in that area, Bud, it was what, 2.5 inches or something in 40 minutes? Wow. What a time for that storm to hit, right? It going home time traffic. And Bud, you were out in it, you brave guy. Wow. Anyway, yeah, we're sure looking forward to having your visit this Saturday. That'll be great. And Rosie here, too, is looking forward to meeting you. And Jeannie, there's next time for sure. So, oh, and Robert, yeah, give Kathy a hug for us. And thank her so much for that sweet note she wrote. I really appreciate that. It was very sweet. So, and yeah, and you get rid of that doggone old leg pain. That's not fair. That's not good.
