I'm mobile right now and I just figured I'd check in and say hi to everybody and I heard you were talking about electric rates. My electric, where I'm living right now is about 215 a month, year round. My air condition is running constantly. Half of what I used to pay when I was living up in Nassau County, New York. So I'm grateful for the 50% reduction. That's awesome. That's not too bad at all actually. You know, 202 and a bit per month. That would be a good idea. I should mention that to my parents because I know you can get equal payment plans for 12 month equal payment plans around here and that might be something to try because that way it wouldn't go higher in the winter, the summer, or sorry it wouldn't go higher in the winter and lower in the summer. That would be nice and balanced all year round. I would think that would be more economically pleasing than double in the winter and half that in the summer. But to each their own, would you like me to keep you on the round table list Bruce? In which case you'll get called on at least once more. Possibly twice more. I'm guessing probably just once more though when we do final comments or I can put you down as one and done. Thank you.
