I think my electric bill here is around 125, 150 I think in the summertime. And it's like two odd or three odd in the wintertime. Something like that. I don't know, my electric is included in my rent here. But my parents do get a bill for it because this is a separate civic address. So my mail goes to a different box than theirs. I have a lockbox for my mail. It's separate from my parents. And two separate entrances, same driveway. But they include my heat and light and Internet in my rent which is very good of them. I mean it was good of them when I first moved in here 10 years ago. But now, I mean it's just astronomically good because rent here now has gone through the bloody roof in the last few years. It's literally incredible. For what I pay here, my parents could probably get double for this place now. And that's not including any heat, light, Internet, none of that stuff. They could get double. So I very, very much appreciate the rental rate that I still get from my parents. I could understand if they wanted to increase it. They understand I can't pay no more. I'm at my limit as to what I can pay per month which is freely good of them because let me tell you if I went out looking for a spot, there is absolutely no way I could find an apartment for what I'm paying now or not even close. I'd say minimum $1200 and that's no utility included. And I don't pay that. I don't even pay close to that. So we're at the bottom of the list again now ladies and gentlemen.
