The way I look at it, cats are... They really rely on a hunt to keep themselves in good spirits. Apparently cat depression is a thing. I didn't realize it before, but apparently it's a thing. Cats are inside all the time, they need stimulation. You know, they need to be playing and chasing stuff and just constantly going. When they're awake, they want to be going. So, several years ago when I got Shadow, like what, seven years ago now, I decided I was going to let Soso out. Soso had never been out before. And... Oh, no, I said picture, repeat, sorry. Soso had never been out before. So I let her out, and I let Shadow out. And two of them just, they love it. Shadow, Morden, Soso. He really likes being outside, but he's a bird chasing, you know, rat fighting. He's just a big old beast. And there was a big, big rat in my neighbor's driveway the day before yesterday. And I don't know if one of my cats killed it. I'm guessing they did, because it was right next to the neighbor's driveway and my driveway. So I'm assuming one of my cats knocked it off. But this freaking rat was like the size of Soso. So I'd be real surprised if she was the one who took it down. But it was like in her hangout area, she hangs out in the driveway. And that's where this big rat was killed too, so... And Shadow, he's brought me birds, he's brought me one squirrel, he's brought me rats, mice. I mean, he's a killer. And I wouldn't want to take that away from him, to be honest with you. I know there's risks in letting them out. You know, they could be chased off by a bigger animal. They could be injured, they could be eaten by something. But I hope that doesn't happen. But I figure, I mean, they're wild in nature. You know, cats are... Some of the most ferocious animals on the planet are small cats. Just look up the African black-footed cat. It's the smallest cat in the world, and it's the most fierce. Lions don't mess with this thing. So, yeah. M0BF, Steve, you're up, man. And it's over to you.
