That is quite incredible, Jeff. And yes, the whole chipmunk's barking is quite the interesting thing. I know we get some of that. So here at Kachie's, there's a lot of chipmunk that kind of run around some of the sites and they are incredible. They are super friendly. They'll come right up to you. Sometimes it reminds me of dogs begging. They will literally sit right there in front of you and expect you to give them some food. So they will take food right off the table too if you're not paying attention. So that's pretty slick. Yeah, the weather is just fantastic up here today. I don't know what the temperature is. I want to say it's low 60s. It's just a very light breeze and just gorgeous water here. So it is one of my favorite places to be, especially on the summertime when it gets nice and hot out and I do enjoy it. So I got to get cami-ed out.
