When my unit went, it was a shock to me. It was a hot day and I turned it on and it didn't work. All the units are like 10 or 11 years old now in this area because they built all these condos at the same time. The air conditioning guy, wow, he's got the whole place covered. I'm trying to think, it's a French name, I can't pronounce it, but his climate tech or whatever his name is, he's making a bundle in here. The guy's always here. He's either one place. I ride the bike around here, just looking around all the time and I see his van here. In half a day, he could make at least $2,000 in his pocket in about four hours. That guy's making a lot of money. Who knows if he's even paying taxes? I'm sure he's paying most of the taxes, but he ain't paying all the taxes on that. I remember when he did mine, I got up here because I told him I was going to pay him in cash. When the time came, I paid him a credit card. He didn't like that at all. Everybody's trying to put a little bit of money in their pocket.
