running the vehicle will draw 40 amps of current off the 12-volt system plus the vehicle engine generator, the 120 volt generator will happily allow the inverter charger to charge an additional 40 or however many amps we have a set to so it'll it'll boogie on a backed up to full-faze of charge hopefully. well that's a good thing simply because I think those outlets that we were looking at yesterday are dead
