In an effort to combat homelessness, some cities and towns have passed ordinances saying it's illegal to sleep outdoors within the confines of the city or town. At least I think it's within the confines of the city or town. Do you think that's the right way to handle homelessness? Or what do you think the effects are of that? People are going to not be able to afford to pay rent. And it's not only drug addicts and people like that.
