Just here working at home today and had a couple of brief moments to check you out. I'm with you on Echo Lake this morning. It's a nice day here in Houston. We've got kind of partly cloudy skies and not too bad a temperature. It was real hot the past few days in the upper 90s but I think we'll be a little bit lower here today and we've got a cold front coming in this weekend. But it's never really cold down here in Texas this time of year. But I appreciate the opportunity to jump in with y'all and just want to jump in and say hello and have a great day everybody.
