I knew I was being built in quite a number of years, but I remember when I was younger. I remember these giant blasting mats, which are made of chunks of tires. I know how they're made now because I worked at making them for a lot. They're strongly steel cables, through these chunks of quartered tires. You take the tire and you cut it in four pieces and then you cut those pieces down the middle. You drill some holes in there and string some cables, steel cables through. Before you know, you've got a giant blasting mat that weighs, I don't know, thousands of pounds. They had to be put in place like with a crane or a loader or something. That's actually been done. But yes, they have to blow.
