Hey, good morning, Gail. Thanks for taking my check in. It's 60 degrees foxtrot here on the Colorado Front Range under partly cloudy skies. We're going up to 75. Beautiful weather. It's like a fever broke. We were 100 degrees last week and last weekend. But yeah, I guess we're getting some of the monsoon. So yeah, I wanted to hear maybe, hopefully, I want to throw a shout out to Joyce and Joe in Phoenix and maybe get a report from them. But yeah, they got a big dust storm yesterday. And some weather. The monsoons have arrived. We got a pretty good, I think we're getting the northern extent of that. We got some hard rain yesterday here in Colorado. And we're expecting more rain for the next couple of days. So good deal. We're in the 70s now. And then like to see, in the Atlantic basin, I saw that the Atlantic basin has kind of settled down. The Outer Banks of North Carolina got roughed up a little bit. The hurricane passed about 200 miles to the east. So they're recovering. And my wife and I will be down there in about a month. So I hope they get the roads cleared. That's all I have from the Front Range. Thanks for taking the check in, Gail. K0OBX.net. Located in Shelton, Washington.
