Alright, today's a strange day for radio operating. Somebody's coming in on Cougar, but they're repeating like they're on a repeater, some kind of digital signal. But I can't make it out between the repeating echo and the very, very low quality signal. I can't copy you at all, so you're going to have to get some more power into this equation somehow. Any rate, is there anyone else out there? Call sign a name, please.
