And the reason is because my coach said it's better to run every other day because then your muscles repair, have a day to repair. And then you hit them again and then you give them a day to repair and then you hit them again. And so you can do what you want. But I had fallen into the every three times a week. I was running 5K three times a week. And I need to start running again too. And I want to run. I even told my primary care provider at the VA hospital that I wanted to start running again. And she said, good, I run. But then she said, but of course I don't run all year. I don't run in the summer. And I was like, right, the summer is too hot to run. There's a couple of months where it's just too hot. I didn't want to do it. And she was in agreement with me on that. Or shall I say, I was in agreement with her because she had brought it up first. But anyway, yeah, running is good for you. But I guess I'm going to have to ease into it. I've got to do the couch to 5K again and ease back into it. And then even if I still don't completely run, at least I'll be walking 5K every other day. I really just need to do it. At least a couple. I should do it at least a couple a day. Anyway, sorry, I'm starting to muddle things in my mind right now. Let's see, what else did I write down? Oh, yeah, sorry about your friend in the hospital. It's great that you're going to be able to get to him tomorrow. And as far as your life, you turned 40 and your life started happening. What's the buzz telling me what's happening? It is strange, of course, anybody who's older than 40 knows that. You go through a shift at around that age. And then you go through another shift at about 60. It's kind of weird. And I've been through both shifts. And I remember when it was still the 1900s. Remember the 1900s, folks? I don't know, some people out on the radio right now weren't alive yet. But, um, I've talked long enough. I'm just going to say, I thought, you know, I'm going to live till the 21st century. I'll see the 21st century. I'll be kind of old. That is to say, in my 40s. And now I think back on that, I think back on it and I laugh and laugh.
