Well, good evening everybody on the net hope everybody is doing well fantastic In case no one told you yet Joan happy birthday I'm doing okay. I'm hanging in there It's been a been a rough couple days. I guess long story short Found out on Friday that my friend of a friend of mine is in really bad shape and he's in the hospital So I was at the hospital Friday night, and then I was the hospital all day Sunday Today I had to work because I was on call, but I took tomorrow off and tomorrow's gonna be a long day, too I'm gonna actually first. I'm gonna start my day off at the dentist I Getting a Crown put on and then I'm gonna take the light rail up to Linwood and then from Linwood I'm gonna get an uber to the hospital Hang out there the rest of the day And I'll tell you what as soon as I turned 40 man my life got happening. Oh The things you got to do now I guess my mom tells me I'm still young I guess she's right But man something about that 39 40 threshold Things just start moving. I don't know I Thought I thought I was happening when I was young Forget about it Oh Yeah, and I'm exercising and running five five days a week now, so I don't know Was it gonna stop?
