Well, I've been a little bit active. I have, oh gee whiz, congestive heart failure. And I just came down the stairs and I've been holding the CAD and brushing the CAD. And I don't really feel that short of breath, but I know sometimes I wheeze or whatever. I go to frequent doctor checkups. I had lung cancer. So if any of you out there still smoke, I was diagnosed with lung cancer like three years after I quit smoking. But it's been quite a while now and all the tests and the scans that I take and everything, CAD scans, everything's coming back negative. But if you quit or you know someone who does, well, I mean if you smoke or know someone who does, quit. Do it right away. I lost two wives to cancer. K-8, Q-S-T, back to neck control.
