clay here and what it does it gets a head pressure in fact it's standing in a water standing in my backyard right now. My yard is a little bit lower than my neighbors behind me and so everybody's water comes toward my house. Why they did that I don't know I don't think they used much sense when they built these houses here to go but they didn't. They realized that that's the way things work so anyway I just got to put up with what I do but normally I don't get much water down there unless we get that you know real heavy heavy rains in a short period of time so the water has nowhere to go. So anyway yeah I've thought about all kind of things French drains and this and that and that thing but I got a big maple tree out there probably six foot across it's got roots that run all the way across the yard.
