Hey, good morning there gang. KC7THC going ITECH here. And yeah, it's really, it's a lifeblood here. We got about 3 or 4 mile an hour breeze coming through the patio here. Joyce and I were in swimming yesterday afternoon and Joyce is saying it's too cold, 88 degrees I think, in the water. But she's half in and half out. So I think the top half, the drier half is the one that's evaporating and making her chilly. But if you're clear down up to your neck, then you don't have any of those breezes. Anyway, it's just another day in the valley of the sun here. I know I had a lot to say but I forgot it all there. I'm sure you guys are glad. Oh, and the red light map. Yeah, Matt, we're really pleased with that. It does seem to penetrate. I lay it on there, my back is all tied up. My knees are all tied and everything. And I just in about 5 minutes all that stuff starts to relax. And then I lay there for a total of about 30 minutes. I think I'm going to cut it down to about 20 minutes and maybe, that was on P3, maybe I'll even go to P4, I don't know. We'll give it a try. Anyway, looking forward to that right after breakfast. I've been up since 4 o'clock this morning. So anyway, back to neck control. Good morning everybody. KC7GHD.
