and get on the public. So say you got family, your kid or or something and they want to play radio, you can talk to them on the public side because they don't need a license. But to get on the private side, they do. Okay, that's what I was trying to discern because he had read somewhere that even though he don't have a hand license, he can get this radio and talk to the Nets. And I said, I don't think it works that way. In fact, me and AF-0EJ were discussing that today. I told him, I said, I think in order to be on a ham radio net, even though you can connect with it, you need a ham radio license. So I wanted to kind of clarify that so I could answer his question. I just told him to quit whining and get his ham radio license and he can talk to anybody he wants them.
